Business Apartments are perfect for both short-term and long-term trips. The size of the apartment is 35 sq. m. The apartments have one double-sized bed, a sofa for relaxing, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a large wardrobe, a private ironing station, washing machine, separate kitchen with all necessary accessories-kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, juicer, all necessary dishes, oven, etc.
Apartments “Business” have a seating area with a comfortable sofa, table and armchairs, where you can relax after a hard working day and enjoy a wonderful atmosphere of Saint Petersburg.
Apartments «Family» will be a perfect choice for a family or 2 friends couples. Apartment area is 40 sq. m., it can accommodate up to 4 people. Apartments have two separate sleeping areas. The apartments have a spacious bathroom with a shower, washing machine, ironing station and hairdryer, as well as a separate kitchen with a bar counter, refrigerator and all necessary dishes and equipment.
Apartments “Studio Standard” present modern cozy rooms equipped with everything required for a comfortable accommodation.
A studio-room has a large double-sized bed, air conditioner, plasma TV, refrigerator, a phone and a separate shower area.
Apartments have a modern kitchenette that is equipped with all necessary equipment and dishes.
Apartments “with 4 bedrooms” are perfect for a large group of friends, colleagues, relatives, and for two families with children. We have provided such a housing option as coliving so that you can live comfortably at a reasonable price! The size of the apartment is 66 sq. m. It can accommodate up to 7 people.
Apartments have its own kitchen with all necessary equipment and dishes. It has also a private bathroom with a shower. Apartments have four bedrooms, and each of them has an individual bathroom with a shower! We have equipped these apartments with all the things needed for a comfortable sleep and rest.
Moreover, for your convenience we have set air conditioners and TV in every room of apartments, and it allow you to adjust optimal temperature in the recreation and sleep area. You can enjoy fresh coolness in the lounge area and in the kitchen, and at the same time save warmth in another room for a more comfortable sleep!
